CAN I PRE-ORDER FIREWOOD?

HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN A CUBIC METRE OF FIREWOOD?
A cubic metre of wood is 1 metre x 1 metre x 1 metre.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY CAN I ORDER?
We supply wood in the following quantities: 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 18+ cubic metres.
There is a minimum order of 3+ cubic metres for Kingston, Jacks Point and Hanley’s Farm.
A minimum order of 4+ cubic metres applies to deliveries to Frankton, Queenstown Hill, Queenstown Central, Fernhill, Dalefield, Arrowtown & Gibbston Valley.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Delivery Fees apply on top of your firewood.

CAN I COLLECT MY FIREWOOD FROM YOU?
All orders are by delivery only, it is not possible to pick up from our depot sorry.
CAN I GET FIREWOOD IN BAGS?
No, sorry we do not supply firewood in bags (your own or supplied)
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payment is accepted via internet bank transfer. All payments to be made in full before delivery. Credit cards are not accepted, sorry.
IF MY CHIMNEY IS BLOCKED HOW WILL THAT AFFECT MY FIRE’S PERFORMANCE?
Your chimney will need sweeping and cleaning to make it more efficient. A clean chimney will improve the productivity of your fire’s heat. It will also reduce the risk of chimney fires.
ARE WOODBURNERS THE BEST WAY TO HEAT A HOME?
Wood burners are an efficient and cost effective way of heating all areas in your home with real heat and a great ambience. They are more efficient than an open fire.
